Bringing Lasting And Measurable Change

Life Foundation was born out of the vision of KLC. We wanted to create a foundation that worked alongside the church but can function on its own as a Public Benefit Office (NPO), being able to reach and achieve more in the area of charity and practical upliftment.

Mission

School + Community Feeding Project

  • Daily food/lunch service at schools in the Helderberg / Overberg / False Bay area
  • Welfare and humanitarian activities
  • Health care activities (particularly concerning HIV and AIDS)
  • Basic health education
  • Education and development activities
  • Leadership academy
  • Secondary and Tertiary guidance
  • Bursaries
  • Community service

These objectives are to be achieved primarily through Life Foundations daily meals to children in schools, leadership training though sport, a comprehensive programme which delivers health education, care, treatment and support to children, youth and other vulnerable populations as well as subject and career
guidance and finally strong community service structure to beneficiaries of bursaries of a 1 to 2 year period.
